Return/Exchange Policy

*DUE TO COVID-19 CRYBABY BOUTIQUE IS ENFORCING A FINAL SALE POLICY. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS,EXCHANGES, AND/OR CANCELLATIONS ORDERS AT THIS TIME. WE ARE ENFORCING THIS NEW POLICY TO ENSURE WE ARE KEEPING THE CLEANLINESS OF ALL PRODUCTS GOING OUT BY NOT ACCEPTING ANY PRODUCTS COMING IN. Return Policy:

CryBaby Boutique does absolutely no returns! The shipping fee you paid is non-refundable. The only time we will honor a return is if something went wrong on our end. For example: lost package, sent out wrong item, color, size, sent out damaged item, etc. If something like this does happen to you we apologize and encourage you to reach out to us via email shopcrybabyboutique@gmail.com Please provide your name, order number,and what went wrong. If something did in fact go wrong on our end we will ask you to ship the item(s) back to us so we can evaluate that item is still in good standing.Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your packing slip with the return. You must pay the shipping price to get the item back to us, CryBaby Boutique does not cover shipping charges. The item(s) must be delivered back to us no more than 14 days from when the item was delivered to you to be eligible for a refund. You have 14 days from the Delivered Date on your tracking number for you to Ship the items back to us. Returns older than 14 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.  (Please see the return address below) Once we receive and evaluate your return order and everything is fine we will immediately issue you a return for the item(s) you purchased from us. Your refund will be issued back to the original form of payment. You can expect your refund in 3-5 business days from when it was issued. If 3-5 business days have passed and you still don’t see your refund in your account please contact your bank to resolve the issue before contacting us. If you have contacted your bank and are still having issues locating your return we encourage you to contact us via email shopcrybabyboutique@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you! 

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Exchange Policy:

If you receive your items and are not satisfied with your order for whichever reason you can make an exchange. For example: wrong size, color, didn’t like the item, etc. we can and will exchange your item(s) for you! If this applies to you we apologize and encourage you to reach out to us via email shopcrybabyboutique@gmail.com Please provide your name, order number, and the reason why you're exchanging your item. We then will ask you to ship the item(s) back to us so we can evaluate that item is still in good standing.Exchanges must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
