DUE TO THE ON-GOING IMPACTS OF COVID-19 SHIPPING, PROCESSING, AND DELIVERY TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL. YOU MAY RECEIVE DELAYS FROM OUR MANUFACTURERS AND/OR POSTAL SERVICE. DUE TO COVID-19 CRYBABY BOUTIQUE IS ENFORCING A FINAL SALE POLICY. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS,EXCHANGES, AND/OR CANCELLATIONS ORDERS AT THIS TIME. USPS Shipping Rates/Policies:
Receiving Time = Processing + Shipping Time
Receiving Time: 3-6 Business Weeks or 15-30 business days
Processing Time: 1-2 Business Weeks or 5-10 business days
Shipping Time: 2-4 business weeks or 10-20 business days
We Ship out orders everyday but Sunday's, any order placed on sunday will be dropped to the post office monday morning. Once your order has been processed and shipped out, A tracking number will be sent to the email you've provided.
CryBaby Boutique has a processing time of 1-2 business weeks. You will receive your order 2-4 BUSINESS weeks from when your order has been shipped out and your tracking number has been provided, not necessarily from the date your order was placed. So you can expect to receive your order 3-6 business weeks from when your order was placed. Although orders do get shipped on Saturday, we do not count the weekend.
Business Weeks are Monday-Friday. No Saturdays, No Sundays, No Holidays.
*Once your order has been shipped out and your tracking number has been sent to you, CryBaby Boutique is no longer responsible for your package. CryBaby Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged packages. Any issues, concerns, or complaints regarding your package must be taken up with USPS.*

-Shipping Address (The place we will be sending your package)
-Billing Address (The address your debit/credit card is linked to)
*Your Shipping and Billing address doesn't have to match but both addresses need to be correct!*
We ensure this so that we can properly contact you if necessary as well as ship your order to the correct address. If you happen to enter your contact information incorrectly please contact us via email shopcrybabyboutique@gmail.com ASAP so we can fix this for you. We will try to help but any information that is entered incorrectly after the order has been scanned and processed by the post office cannot be undone on our end and you will have to contact USPS for further assistance.
